Snow King Resort Jackson Hole

The Snow King Resort was purchased in 2012 in a Joint Venture with Siguler Guff, along with Benchmark Hospitality International as the operating partner. The hotel had been owned and operated by the same owner since 1976, and had retained almost all of its original features. When JMIR acquired the asset in 2012, an extensive renovation was done to bring it above and beyond current luxury consumer demands. With the renovation of the hotel, the hotel returned to its status as an iconic Jackson establishment. The Snow King Hotel is located on 8.28 acres of fee simple land at the base of the Snow King Mountain. The Hotel features 203 hotel rooms owned fee simple, as well as managed condominiums that lie within the resort boundaries. The Hotel includes nearly 16,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant and lounge, an outdoor swimming pool, and fitness room. The asset was sold in 2018.
