The Metropolitan Condominiums are located on floors 22 through 32 atop the Omni San Diego Hotel. The Metropolitan consists of 38 ultra-luxury condominium units. Standard floors consist of four residences ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet. The residential floors offer a private entrance, private gated parking, a separate pool and outdoor terrace, and a variety of top-of-the-line amenities. JMI Realty successfully sold these residences at an average of $900 per square foot, a record price per square foot in downtown San Diego at that time.
