JMI Realty developed the Hotel Van Zandt, a 319-room, 16-story, Kimpton Boutique Hotel conveniently located within the Rainey Street District, minutes away from the convention center and other popular downtown Austin destinations. The hotel includes three levels of underground parking, Geraldine’s (three meal restaurant with live music nightly), Cafe 605 (breakfast and lunch cafe), a 6,800 square foot pool deck and bar, approximately 12,000 square-feet of meeting space, and a 1,300 square foot exercise facility.
