Casoleil is a 346-unit luxury multifamily development located in suburban South San Diego County. The development is situated within a rapidly growing area referred to as Otay Mesa. Casoleil is unique in the competitive sub-market due to its superior freeway access and lower density. Nearby access to the local interstate provides a short commute to the employment centers of downtown San Diego and Mission Valley.

The project offers approximately 641 parking spaces consisting of 224 attached and 122 detached garages, with the balance being surface parking. This equates to 1.85 spaces per unit. Casoleil amenities include a pool, jacuzzi and fitness center.
